Welcome to Casa Starfish! Located at Deck12 which has all the comforts of home. Sargassum free area! All new in 2019, This is in the south hotel zone 5 - 10 minutes south of town, so more privacy and personal space. Consistently upgraded with a local property manager to ensure any issues or needs are taken care of. The unit offers a spacious floor plan and has 2-bedrooms, 2-baths. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a luxurious spa like shower and dressing room. The second bedroom offers two full size beds making it perfect for a family or two couples, including a desk area and large separate bathroom.The all-new kitchen and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies and has a beautiful European styling.
The view of the ocean is unobstructed. The 300 plus square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean and the swimming pool. There is high-quality outdoor furniture on the terrace, a comfortable sofa as well as a pub high table and chairs. The terrace is perfect place for sipping your morning coffee to watch the dive and snorkel boats head out with their tours. Then, in the late afternoon enjoy the gorgeous sunset.
The building offers a wonderful rooftop solarium with a sink, cooking station and community grill. The view is breathtaking. There are tables and chairs for dining and loungers for soaking up the sun.

There are several great places for lunch and dinner within walking distance including the Money Bar, The Barefoot Lounge, Uvas Bahia, and Tortugas. It's in a quiet area of the Island, it is your private paradise.

This is a spacious condo with plenty of room for sleep, relaxation, and taking in beautiful views of the ocean, sun, and sky. The clean, contemporary design has a calming, peaceful effect and pairs well with beach-filled neighborhood and sounds of the sea.Matt and Judy are great communicators with helpful suggestions and advice to maximize a visit. Appreciated various features such as filtered water, linen bed sheets, fluffy towels, generous storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. Very much appreciate the opportunity to stay there. We have been renting properties from VRBO for over 8 years, including 3 previous times in Cozumel. From start to finish this has been they best and most well-managed placed we have stayed. The location is great - quiet and secluded but an easy drive to most anything you'd want to do on Cozumel. Great layout, immaculately clean and very complete. So complete that you may want to hold off on the stop at Chedraui until you see whats already stocked. Particularly appreciated were the masks and snorkels and the patio grill.We also cannot thank Judy and Matt enough for their effective management, wonderful consideration and timely communication both before and during our stay.We cannot wait to come back and will book early to ensure we stay with Judy and Matt again.Thanks!!Dan and Terri
