Ideally located 500m from the beach and the nautical center, by a footpath, this new house is bright, functional, comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden is closed and has a beautiful terrace facing south. Cap Coz offers many possibilities for activities and walks: the large beach, the Old Port, Anse de Penfoulic, the Glénan archipelago being a few minutes by boat, while being close to the center of Fouesnant, shops, from his market on Friday.
