For shared use: natural state property with lawn and plants, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, bar, WiFi, billiard table, playroom, table football, lift, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Breakfast on request (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bicycle rental 4 km, bus stop 800 m. Cycle lane, children's playground 100 m. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4notti, eravamo 3 adulti ed una neonata. Premetto che se ne avessi l'occasione ci tornerei nonostante qualcosina secondo me da rivedere. Ambiente familiare e tranquillo. Ottim pulizia sia dell'appartamento che dei locali ad uso comune, bella posizione con uno stupendo panorama. Bar chiuso solo da tarda notte. Nota un po' dolente è la wifi presente ma praticamente inutilizzabile, piscina bella ma peccato non fosse riscaldata e materassi purtroppo duri.

Die Familie die das Haus bewirtschaftet ist sehr feundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen und ist in einem gepflegten zustand.
