I had a wonderful stay at City Suites - Al Khobar. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made my stay even more convenient.
Everything was great overall. There is very little to complain about, but perhaps the breakfast options could be slightly improved with more variety.

The room attendant was kind enough to talk the receptionist into letting us check-in earlier since the top room was vacant.
Needs a makeover. The lobby was gloomy and dark with a smell that is not nice. Even the room has a distinct unokeasant smell. We asked for early check-in, receptionist did not even let me finish my sentence that I am willing to pay extra, shut me down with the 2pm check-in.
