Beautiful house , excellent views, but things need to be fixed.

The views were beautiful from all the levels the kitchen had everything we needed ,bedrooms were good there was 5 of us staying we had loads of room. Staff who looked after the property were very helpful . We really enjoyed vis .

The outdoor lights didn’t work we did report it on first day but it wasn’t sorted. Front door light- returning at night it was pitch dark and when you have 8 keys and you need to find the correct one we had to get our phones out. Outside lights -on top floor didn’t work so we had to sit in dark. Kettle- it doesn’t click off it just keeps boiling when we told them they said just take it off when it’s boiled so you couldn’t put it on and leave it while you did something. The shower hose on top floor- leaks loads of water so you can only have a 5 min shower before the water gets cold then the next person has to wait unless you go down and use other showers. Not the property’s fault but if you have mobility problems or your just unfit 🙈 😂 There are at least 30 steep steps coming home.

No instructions on how things work! Hot water for example needed to turn on boilers and ended up with cold water for 2days thinking we’d used it all up only to find out each bathroom had its own boiler! No idea on how to clean hot tub so after 1st day was full of grit -unable to use it. Kettle dangerous as didn’t turn off - not enough mugs. Loo seats not fitting.
