Location, cleanliness, staff hospitality!
Even though it was May month the pool water was cold, it would have been nice if pool water temperature was maintained to a warm level.
Parking near apartment is sometimes difficult to find.

The hosts were thoughtful, helpful, kind and welcoming. The location was fantastic (short walk to Lapad promenade and the Harbour, we also walked to the old town pretty easily just following the coast). Property was well equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine & pool towels. Views from the balcony were nice. Beds were comfy & the apartment was clean.

Location was perfect, an easy 10min bus ride into the old town.
Lovely spacious apartment equipped with basics and toiletries.
Beautiful pool area.
Host was so welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble

It suited our family of 4 perfectly and is has a pool which is unusual for central Dubrovnik.. our flight was severely delayed and Maria very kindly welcomed us at 5am!! Ana was very communicative and helpful too. A perfect spot to explore Dubrovnik from.
All was as expected, nothing not to like.
