Sarajevo Waves Aparthotel

We liked the amount of room for the price. It was a modern apartment with nice views. The bathrooms were nice.

Amenities were insufficiently stocked or provided. We had our room cleaned multiple times, but always came short on towels. The kitchen had some cutlery, but other utensils were non-existent. No baking dishes, so impossible to use the oven. No pods for the washing machine were offered, except for one. No trash bags. All of these had to be purchased at our own cost. The kitchen had only one pan that doesn't work on the electric stove and one pot where you have to cook everything with. In other words, offering a kitchen was rather pointless. Contact was difficult, especially when you check in late or after working hours. A security guard kindly escorted us to our room in the middle of the night, but he was not amused and with two babies we had a lot of bags to drag with us to the room

Great place. Convinient, easy access

Very big spacious apartment with cafe and super market plus restaurant downstairs.

The Location was good, easy access to the market and other essentials, the apartment is a new construction and close to airport. It has a nearby supermarket, restaurant. The WiFi was good.

Though the building is new, the maintenance was poor, and cleanliness has to be concentrated. Basics like dishwasher salt and rinse liquids were not in place, and there were no proper pans and pots.
