This unit was not renovated since it was built, likely in the 80s. Even the appliances are circa 1980. The fridge door bars are missing; the toaster doesn't work. The heat was not regulated, making it extremely hot and dry even when the thermostat is set at 60 degrees. The queen bed mattress is old and feels like a water bed each time one moves. The showerhead is hideous; the same can be said about the dishes in the kitchen, which were old and outdated. There was NO supply except salt and pepper. We rent homes at least three times a year and never had a unit with no pantry essentials such as a few spices, oil, vinegar, sugar. The unit was clean. The overall feeling was that we were charged a premium price for a subpar product. This unit should go under serious 21st-century updates or rent for much less than it is now.
