About this house rental
Your family will enjoy the “Sea Breeze” sitting on one of this home's two open oceanfront porches, and a new walkway to the beach (with its own sundeck) makes getting to the sand a "breeze" as well! The kitchen is airy and well-equipped for the cook in the family, and you can enjoy meals with a spectacular view of the ocean right before you in the spacious dining area. The living area opens onto the porch, which offers high table seating. The spacious living room features a large screen television, and you'll find a flat screen in each bedroom as well. There is even a second living area upstairs that opens onto the second porch! With five bedrooms including an upstairs master that opens onto the porch) and three full baths, this home will sleep 15 quite comfortably. Just a short walk to the Garden City Pier and all it has to offer! There is a picnic area under the house as well. Come enjoy the beautiful 'Sea Breeze' for your next vacation! Very well laid out and good size rooms. We had a great time and used the decks every morning and night. Couldn’t have asked for a better fit!

The property is ideally located and has a wonderful beach just out back. The house is nice and cozy. The property was not cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty sheets in a bin in the garage the whole week, dirty towels still hanging on the deck railing and trash under the beds. The main floor bathroom also had fecal on the floor and wall between the toilet and tub. The main floor curtains are stained, which may come out if removed and washed. In the age of covid, we came prepared to clean before we settled in for our own piece of mind, but vacuuming wasn't something we expected to have to do.
