Family Agua Amarga

We stayed here while in town for my cousin’s wedding and it was an incredible stay. It is owned by the most lovely couple who treat you like family when you stay there. Breakfast each morning is included and it was so delicious with many options. You can’t beat the location as the walk to the beach and center of the city was only about 5 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The location is just a 2-5 minute walk to town and the beach. Breakfast is exceptional!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Lovely room, spacious, spotlessly clean. Great view across the village and to the sea and hills beyond. Lots of little extras such as a cooling slice of melon for guests in the late afternoon and chocolates on an evening. Coffee in the room and water in the fridge replenished every day. Often had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and served with a warm welcome and smile. We had an evening meal just once - we can thoughly recommend the chicken tagine. Very close to the village but in a quiet location.

Location was great and service was awesome. The room was very comfortable and free parking was available in the hotel. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to town.
