First of all, the bedding sheets looks like have not been changed for ages, it was dirty. Moreover, radiator in the living room does not work and this room was so cold. This apartment has bad smell, looks like no one ventilate apartment.

Dire!

I did not like the location and I did not like the property which is quite run down. When I arrived, there was a pile of building rubbish just outside the house. The property was difficult to find, a long way from the centre of Sestri Levante and there was no public transport on Sunday and no taxis early in the morning or late at night. The only positive note regarding the property was the local shop. The owner of the shop was very kind and helpful and was obviously sorry for my predicament. In the end, though, I had to walk over 4 miles at 6am on Sunday morning to catch my train.

The property is run down and isolated. On previous occasions, where I stayed in holiday accommodation, there were always a few welcoming items such as coffee, tea, sugar biscuits. There was nothing like this in this house. Very unwelcoming!

Nice apartment with basic layout. Quiet neigbourhood in the borough of Sestri Levante.

The toilet flush had a problem but the host (Francesco) was very friendly and helped out.

Great stay if you are traveling by car, free parking. Very good communication with the host. We ended up booking another extra night. Would definitely stay here again.

L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente! Abbiamo fatto anche amicizia con la Signira Maria, donna molto gentile e garbata 🙂❤️ A 30 minuti di macchina da Camogli e una decina di minuti dalla baia del silenzio a Sestri.

Провели тут 3 ночі! Подорожуємо з дитиною і собакою всім було комфортно! Апартаменти дуже атмосферні зі старими меблями , каміном! Було майже все необхідне! Зручне паркування! Були вентилятори! Весь необхідний посуд! Спокійне місце!

Не завадили б губки для миття посуду!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, molto vicina al centro di Sestri. L host gentilissimo. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato la stanza per 2 persone, poi si è aggiunta una terza e Francesco e stato disponibilissimo alla sua aggiunta senza che quest ultima abbia pagato un sovrapprezzo. Davvero tutto ottimo

Il della camera da letto che accede allo spazio esterno, non si chiude, dunque sia dall interno che dall esterno si può accedere. Manca uno specchio grande, noi 3 donne abbiamo notato questa piccola mancanza. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Ha superato le nostre aspettative

Alloggio accogliente e arioso, nel quale si gode di un'ottima atmosfera creata dal camino e dall'angolo di paradiso dotato di griglia all'esterno: veramente speciale. Gli interni pulitissimi e l'ordine impeccabile al nostro arrivo. La comunicazione con l'Host, Francesco, è stata fluida e sempre gradita, mostrandosi cortese e attendo alle nostre continue richieste.

Abbiamo avuto una giornata molto piovosa e ci sarebbe piaciuto intrattenerci con la televisione, ciononostante, sicuramente per cause naturali, non è stato possibile sintonizzare i canali. Nonostante ciò, l'Host ha tentato di aiutarci al meglio nella risoluzione del problema.
