Located in the suburbs of Tuy Hoa, the place is nicely designed and calm away from the main road. The amenities are of good quality, the room is spacious, the air conditioning and the wifi are working. There is no good beach nearby, you have to motorbike away for nice beach (North direction). You can go to Tuy Hoa for dinner if you can drive motorbike or car
The welcome is not very warm for Vietnam. We got the room not before 2pm even though the place was not fully bound as we arrived earlier. We did not feel as welcomed as in other places of the trip.

beautiful garden and well kept rooms. nice location. beach nearby in walking distance.
plumbing issue and confusion about what room was booked. wish they had a small convenience shop on site since the tap hoa is not nearby
