Localisation idéale, tout peu se faire à pied. Équipé complètement mais pas testé. Réactivité du propriétaire lorsqu’on a eu un problème à l’arrivée (boîte à clés arrachée par des travaux). Chauffage d’appoint qui marche tres bien.
Volets de fonctionnent pas. Peut être bruyant car pas bien insonorisé. Canapé-lit moyennement confortable, pourrait être changé. Serrures pas toutes neuves et nécessitent un coup de main.

La localización
Estuve un mes ahí y para llegar al depto, hay un callejón solitario, y para variar está detrás de un bar, por lo que luego a las parejas, los homeless también se atajan ahí y tienes que pasar para llegar al depto, nada peligrosos pero si dan mal aspecto, llegue no había pilas para la calefacción, y la puerta del balcón la manija está rota, por lo que hace mucho frío tenía que tener calefacción siempre, las cortinas son blancas y mita transparentes, se filtra mucho la luz por las noches así como el ruido, el colchón es muy antiguo, un poco doloroso para la columna
