Tout est bien pensé pour un séjour agréable et dans le moindre détail : un grand nombre de prises électriques, un diffuseur anti-moustique, tous les accessoires de cuisine, une terrasse, etc. J'ai trouvé l'ensemble exceptionnel avec plein de détails que l'on ne trouvera pas ailleur. La très grande facilité pour trouver une place de parking dans la rue (gratuit après 17h00).
Juste l'absence d'un cendrier sur la terrasse ;-).

L'emplacement est top. Le parking couvert est un plus. La climatisation est fonctionnelle.
L'emplacement des fenêtres ne permet pas de faire de courant d'air. Le voisin du dessous est venu sonner 2 fois à la porte pour nous demander de faire moins de bruit en marchant alors que nous nous déplacions pieds nus. La seconde fois, c'était parce qu'il entendait des bruits de déplacement de meubles alors que nous n'avons rien déplacé... De notre côté, nous avons trouvé que la résidence était calme et propice au repos.
