Overpriced hotel outside of Cuernavaca.

The hotel is close to several event venues, so the location was very convenient for us since we were attending a wedding. Mision del Sol has been around for many years so it is pretty well-known around Cuernavaca, it was easy for us to Uber to and from the hotel.

The hotel is very expensive for what they offer, the room and bathroom were a little run-down as well as the facilities in general. The staff was friendly but not exceedingly so. Since they don't offer an iron in the room we had to send over some clothes to the laundry service and it took forever for them to iron a shirt and a dress even though we said we were in a hurry to get to a wedding. The restaurant offers ok food but nothing memorable and we had to wait forever for room service. Overall it's clear the hotel has seen better days but is still charging a hefty fee for sub-par services and facilities.

Las especificaciones de las habitaciones no corresponden con la realidad, el agua para bañarte sale fría, no hay señalización de estacionamiento a la llegada, las habitaciones no tienen espejo de cuerpo, plancha y burro.

Extremadamente sobrevalorado. Los jardines: una maravilla.

La comida exquisita y los jardines hermosos! El personal es muy amable.

No hay que bañarse por las mañanas porque no hay agua caliente. Si el sol no sale temprano, te pueden dar las 11 am y bañarte apenas con agua ligeramente tibia. Se venden como un hotel en contacto y armonía con la naturaleza PERO es horror el terrible desperdicio de agua que se da justo porque no hay agua caliente y en lo que esperas a que salga algo no tan frío, tiene que fluir MUCHA agua que se va a la coladera. No se te ocurra sonarte la nariz porque no hay ningún Kleenex en la habitación. No es un hotel para descansar y dormir porque no hay cortinas en todas las ventanas y la luz, si o si, entra y justo te da en la cara. No es un hotel para adultos como se anuncia porque vimos un par de menores de edad hospedados. Es un exceso lo que cobran para que las habitaciones estén paupérrimamente equipadas/decoradas. De TV o algún reproductor de musica, ni hablamos y los poquitos muebles que hay, están viejos y descuidados/ maltratados. Una talladita con ácido muriático al piso de los baños no les caería nada mal ni tampoco quitar las raíces y plantas silvestres que se hacen por la humedad en los domos por dentro. Por cierto, respecto a lo amigable con la naturaleza, los tanques de los baños son muy viejos y de gran capacidad. Sería MUY bueno cambiarlos por WC ahorradores de agua. CONCLUSIÓN: nunca antes había sentido que pagué mucho dinero para recibir lo mínimo elemental por un hospedaje.

La única observación que les haría es que los tragaluces en las recámaras hacían mucho ruido con la lluvia y vimos algunos bichos en la sala.

Bonito lugar, alimentos orgánicos

El lugar es muy bonito el personal que nos recibió muy atento. Por el pago de hospedaje sin costo adicional puedes usar el sauna y el jacuzzi del spa.

Reserve en el Spa masajes y exfoliación por el cual pagué $6,400.00, y nos trataron de maravilla. Pero al día siguiente que solo reservé sauna y jacuzzi que lo incluye el pago del hotel te trataron fatal, pregunte por batas para poder regresar a la habitación, ya que sales mojado y me dijeron que solo era para clientes, pedí entonces unas toallas, y la señorita medio molesta me dijo “pues están en el Jacuzzi, pero si quiere yo se las doy, y las aventó sobre mis manos”, me hicieron sentir que ese no era un lugar para mí, ya no estaba pagando. Lo que parecía ser una muy buena experiencia en el hotel, con la actitud del gerente y el personal del Spa, terminó siendo un mal día.

Ubicación lejos de todo. Las personas que atienden son excelentes. El restaurante con pocas opciones. Muy tardado y excesivamente caro

Nos dijeron que nos habían subido a Junior King. El baño no tenía puerta. La regadera estaba taoada. La reportamos y siguió igual. El domingo último estaba lavándome los dientes en doble lavabo. Se tapó y de repente se empezó a desbordar el otro con mucha suciedad. Solicitamos algo accesible xq caminamos con bastón y la sala tenía escalones sin ninguna protección. SIMPLEMENTE ESTE NO ES UN HOTEL PARA ADULTOS MAYIRES O CON DISCAPACIDAD. Con el oretexto de ser muy ecológico calientan la alberca con oanel solar no suficiente. Así el agua está fría.

Magnífico, alta calidad

Todo esta espectacular, pasamos unos días magníficos; la mejor atención y calidad por parte de la concierge Ximena, así como el resto del equipo, vale totalmente la pena. Tienes que hacer uso del Spa, en mi caso fuimos atendidos por Israel y Yoyis, todo excelente. La comida y atención del restaurante no puede quedarse atrás, en vdd todo está delicioso. Por supuesto las diferentes actividades sin costo adicional, de muy alta calidad.

Primera noche: jueves, sin poder dormir por ruido de un evento corporativo hasta la 1 y tanto de la mañana. En la piscina no nos ofrecieron menú y parecíamos invisibles porque tardaron en acercarse para ofrecernos el servicio. En el SPA me enteré que el mismo servicio nos lo aplicaron de manera diferente. Nos dieron un descuento del 10% que nunca compensará el descanso que me faltó y que esperaba.
