Great value for a central hotel even if the spa facilities were at extra charge (only 15EUR/couple). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Not a good experience (considering always the cost for the property). We liked the two lady staff that always tried to help and the rooms were kept very clean daily.
Everything else. The rooms were very small. The entry system in the building in remote (with pins) and we did not get adequate information beforehand, as the email we received was vague, as if we knew. As a result, we waited 20min outside the building trying to figure out how to get in. My mother in law, could not read the small letters on the lock to enter the pin, so I had to do it for her every day. Also, it is important to know that the staff are not always there. You would be lucky to find someone if you have a request. The telephone number they gave us to call if needed, was not answered when we tried. Finally, the spa in the basement is to be avoided. Overall, had I knew that the hotel does not have staff on site, the spa is not really a spa and the general atmosphere, I would not have done the booking. I am really surprised to see all the other positive reviews. Maybe we were the exemption.
