My greatest appreciation was for the staff, they were accommodating and everyone you came across wore a friendly smile and greeted you along the way, even if they were off duty. It was so easy to communicate my preferences to the staff, all we had to do was mention it, and it was catered to.

When u arrived a welcome drink before welcome drink and warm hand towel this time only a welcome drink it was nice
No water from 2.40am called from my phone there phone wasn’t working I was given 3 bottles of water to make a tea.
