Gorgeous rooms with great Spa facilities

Luxurious stay in beautiful rooms, with a great Spa on the top floor!

No ski-lift departing from the town, and there wasn't a lot to do in the town itself. However it's in close distance to other towns.

Great stay

Great breakfast with quality options, though limited variety. Perfectly located near public transport. The staff is warm and welcoming. Spacious rooms are a big plus. There's a cute, clean spa on the top floor.

It's near the train station, so light sleepers might be disturbed by nighttime trains. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food at great prices, but there's room for improvement.

The hotel met our expectations. Close to the beautiful mountains, a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and the service is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel with superb views and great breakfast.

The hotel rooms are located on the top floor such that you'll have a stunning view over the mountains. Beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was really great with a very rich buffet. Breakfast was also served as early as 7am, such that you can get on the early busses that bring you into the valleys for hiking. Great location directly at the train station.

Although already great as it was, it looked like the wellness area wasn't fully renovated, yet. The jacuzzi was out of order on the day we arrived and in my opinion there were too few seating and lounging options (two chairs one lounger) available, such that one needed to wait standing between going to the sauna if there were more than two people using the wellness area at the same time.

A brief stay in Ilanz

I originally intended to stay in Chur but decided that Ilanz was better suited to my travel needs. A good choice! The hotel was ideally situated opposite the railway station as I was travelling between Disentis and Chur by rail. It is relatively new, spacious and has a restaurant on the ground floor offering a good choice of food and drink. Highly recommended and I will have no hesitation in staying there again if I am in the area.

Wonderful trip with a group of friends

The hotel is very pretty and modern. The rooms are modern, very clean and the view from the big windows is superb. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.

The only thing we found uncomfortable were the pillows. Very fluffy but when you put your head down they become super thin.

The room was very big and clean, with a renovated bathroom. It also had a big balcony with nice view on the mountains. We had a very nice dinner at the Eden Restaurant

The room wasn't well soundproofed. We couldn't sleep well because we could hear our neighbor watching the television first and then snoring. It was also a bit too warm (with no possibility to change the heat level)

The staff was all very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was to a good standard and the food was very good and catered for all. Small roof top jacuzzi with sauna and steam room on the top floor looking out to the town very relaxing. location is good for ski/boarders bus station and train station right outside the front door with a 10 minute commute to LAXX bus to take 411 LAXX. I would recommend this hotel and resort for a quiet ski holiday to relax with friends, we will be back!

Not much apres ski in town but a couple of local bars to venture to if you wanted a stroll, but the hotel bar was just as good tbh to taste the local Swiss wine.

Remarkable service

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the possibility to keep our bikes in a safe place. The room was very spacious, clean, with a great view, balcony and equipped with a good coffee machine. We enjoyed both the delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant and the generous breakfast buffet. We will definitely come back. :)

This hotel had a very good room for storing are bicycle. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. The hot tub and sauna were available for use to the top of the building giving a great view while we relaxed.

The room was really great: it had the chalet feeling while being in a modern building. Then, I cannot not mention the restaurant. Absolutely great food (dinner and breakfast), with excellent products and a very friendly staff. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make us want to come back, and we will!

There really isn't anything to complain about. The experience was too good to criticize anything. If I really needed to pick something, the lift is slowish.
