    We spent six nights at this hotel. The location on the beach was great - especially as we’d reserved a sea view/sunset room. The room itself was very clean and the maid did a great job every day. The hotel pools and beach area were kept clean. We were lucky enough to see some whales pass close by to the beach! We had mixed feelings about the food - it was ok but it got a bit similar day after day. Breakfast options were limited beyond Mexican food - lunch offerings were the best meals of the day by choice and variety. The meats served not the highest quality (chewy/fatty) and given we were by the sea, seafood wasn’t readily available on the buffet other than the same type of white fish fillets served in different sauces. All the staff went out there way to be friendly and courteous. Good choice of drinks and cocktails available on the All Inclusive.

    In addition to the good food, an excellent location, super clean rooms, the attention of its staff is wonderful: thanks to Norberto at reception, Jorge at the pool, the waiters in the restaurants, Dalia in the kitchen for making this vacation unforgettable moments
