One of our favorite vacation stays together.

The location was absolutely magical—perched on the caldera with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. For the quality of the experience, the price could not be beat. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

In just a few short days, my spirit was lighter, my heart more joyful and relaxed - another belated. Wonderful.

What’s there not to like? Everything from the moment the view steals your breath, the welcome drink, the team who help with bags on the steeps, our room, the pool, the location, the breakfast (thank you Anna). It’s hard together more.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! This place is run like a military camp, not a hotel. From the very beginning, the staff showed their true colors: • We had a visa issue and tried to cancel just one hour after booking – they rudely refused. First time this has ever happened to us in years of traveling. • Tried to call to explain and requested to speak with the manager. The shocking response: “Not allowed to talk to him.” When we finally managed to arrive (after a stressful visa ordeal), we asked to see the rooms before checking in since the hotel has so many terrible reviews. Again, they refused. Only after arguing did they reluctantly agree. The location is decent, but Greece is full of wonderful hotels – so why waste your time here? The property itself is a joke: • Dangerous steep stairs – you honestly pray you don’t get hurt climbing them. • Check-out nightmare – we politely asked for a one-hour extension. Their answer? A harsh “No.” At 10:59am, two staff literally stood outside our door pressuring us to leave, as if we were criminals. • Amenities? Nonexistent. Think cheap, run-down chalet with zero comfort. This hotel is an embarrassment to Greek hospitality. Anyone who travels to Greece often knows the warmth and kindness this country is famous for. This place has none of it. If you value respect, basic courtesy, and even a hint of comfort – DO NOT stay here.

Great views of caldera

Great location and views over the caldera (not for the iconic Santorini sunset) Room was big, clean and comfortable Nice breakfast but was busy and people struggled to get tables, small plunge pool with sun beds and chairs around the property.

Very sloped public stairs to get to the property but staff will meet you and carry bags, once in the property the stairs are fine, steep but expected on a cliff side. Generally quiet seemed but could hear the apartment above us moving around.

Loved every minute! The view was amazing.

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for walking to the blue domes, restaurants and plenty of shopping. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. If you're unable to do stairs, not sure this would be a place for you to stay. We just climbed them slowly but didn't mind because the view was worth every step lol! Staff handles getting your luggage to and from your room so that was great!

The location and the views are stunning and perfect. The staff is incredibly generous and helpful. Miss Anna runs the breakfast and without a doubt - and we’ve traveled the world extensively - her food, the display, her charm and welcoming personality makes this place absolutely perfect. We can get the views elsewhere. You can’t get Anna or her breakfast anywhere but here.

The room smelled a bit moldy and the staff sits on the steps outside room 106 and talks early in the morning. Voices carry easily into the room even at normal speaking volumes.

A staff member then assists with your luggage and escorts you to your room. That said, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Oia, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and stunning viewpoints. The rooms are uniquely designed, resembling modern caves with sleek finishes and a cozy, minimalist style. Everything was spotless, and the cave-style layout adds a distinctive, local charm to the experience. The pool area is small but lovely, offering a relaxed space to unwind, connect with other guests, or simply take in the panoramic sea views. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff—they truly go above and beyond. Watching them carry luggage up and down those steep cliffside steps during check-in and check-out is impressive in itself. Their service and dedication really elevate the overall experience. A stunning place to stay if you're looking for views, location, and unforgettable Santorini charm—just be prepared for the climb!

Important to note: Because the hotel is built into the cliffs, there are many steep steps between the rooms and the main walkway in Oia. This may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or health concerns. However, the views are completely worth the journey!

Lovely and clean with amazing view, great air-conditioning. Very private with shared pool. The porters are amazing and bring your bags up and down the scary steps 👏 friendly staff. Small rooms but everything you need for short break

The steps oh my .. they are scary definitely made me think about how many cocktails I had ! It's not so much the number of them but they are slippy and uneven with nothing ro hold on to.. but I guess that's why you get the stunning views and privacy. Also note you won't see sunset from you room.

Absolutely everything ! This place will always have a soft spot in my heart as my partner proposed to me in this beautiful location ! The place itself is amazing : the view, the facilities, the staff. We very much enjoyed our private hot tub with the view of the caldeira. I will come back in a heartbeat !

An amzaing, beautiful Stay.

I liked everything. The view from the hotel, the location, the room decor and the view from it, the place, the cleanliness, the service. Everything. I came to regenerate, relax and calm down, this place gave me everything I needed and the view of the caldera and the sea soothed and calmed me down. The breakfasts were very tasty and had a selection of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, they lasted until 10:30 so there was enough time to enjoy the meal on the terrace looking out to the beautiful view of the sea. The service was incredibly nice and the whole hotel was unbelievably clean. The socks I wore did not get dirty from the bottom even once, I do not even have such a clean house to compare. It was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it. Thank You.

Top location in Oia

The top location in the heart of Oia and the stunning view over the Caldera. Spacious two bedroom apartment.

Lack of intimacy outside the apartment in front of the pool and the crowded breakfast area with no private area. Also limited space in the shade for breakfast. Best would be to find a way to cover the entire breakfast/pool area to allow more shade for everyone at very high temperatures.

Breathtaking Views

Having breakfast in the villa was a perfect way to start the day. The staff was amazing and helpful gave the best recommendations for food. Everyone was very attentive and ready to help with anything we might need. My favorite part is that once you made your way up to the main walkway it was only 5 minute walk to watch the sunset.
