Welcome to this beautiful home located in the luxury‐gated community of Sea Oaks. Sunny and bright, this 3 BR, 2.5 Bath home comfortably sleeps 6. Located in the Courtside Homes at the Preserves area of Sea Oaks with a private heated pool and hot tub exclusively for Courtside Homes residents. Less than a 3 minute walk to the pool and tennis club. Miles of pristine beach are just a short walk/bike ride for those days you want to swim in the ocean, walk the beach or sit in the sand and read a book. This home features a first floor large master bedroom, elegant master bath with two sinks and double shower, and large walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, with a shared full bath. A washer/dryer, along with an extra refrigerator, is located in the large attached two car garage. The kitchen features all updated/state of the art appliances, built in cabinetry, and a breakfast bar (newly renovated). The living room has a sofa and two club chairs with a flat screen TV and wireless Blu-ray DVD player (smart TV w/ streaming; no cable). The dining table seats six and leads to a small patio area with an outdoor grill.

This house is well equipped and well appointed. Sea Oaks is a beautiful complex, especially if you are a tennis buff. The master suite has the best shower ever off any unit we have rented. The owner is most welcoming and helpful. Totally delightful in every way.

We spent the month here and it was a taste of heaven. We loved the place and look forward to going back again. We loved waking up and making our own breakfast, next we played tennis and went to the beach club where we had an excellent late lunch. The beach just below the beach club was wonderful...what a perfect setting and we relaxed and had superb weather too. The services and amenities were perfect. We usually dined at the great restaurants in Vero, but absolutely loved the beach club's food and service too, so always did lunch there and sometimes a cocktail by the pool before heading to dinner. Can't wait to go back again...the place was great and we feel like it is the perfect get-away. The owners were a pleasure to work with too. Thank you both again.

We enjoyed a fabulous, relaxing month in Vero Beach Sea Oaks. This home was beautifully appointed with cheerful, bright decor, spacious rooms and everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation in a home away from home.It's tucked away on a private cul-de-sac and is steps away to the tennis center and beach.The jungle trail runs along the river and provides great opportunities for walking and biking. The community of Sea Oaks is very welcoming and it didn't take long to be included in tennis and other activities.The environment is lush with tropical trees and plants and I couldn't help thinking that we had landed in paradise.
Another plus is that the area is relatively uncrowded with minimal traffic.There are plenty of restaurants and other activities available "off campus" as well.One of our favorite features was the cross walk button that stopped traffic on A1A almost instantly so that pedestrians and bikers could safely crossover to the beach.It's the little things that make the difference.
The owners were helpful and responsive.

When we opened the door we knew we were home! This home is comfy and welcoming. The furniture and décor reflect a family-friendly atmosphere with lots of comfy chairs, pillows and a pretty sofa. The two-story lay-out is nice for television and conversations away from those sleeping upstairs. The beautiful porch and the patio were great places to eat or read under the branches of the live oak trees. Plus, the Tennis Club and pool were steps away and used every day by the tow of us. Sea Oaks has it all - beautiful beaches, great pools, biking opportunities and even a chance for fishing. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the owners were very easy to work with and kept in touch with us quite often. We all hope to return there again sometime.
