About this villa rental
Magnificent holiday villa very well maintained just one kilometre from Pollença.
It has a spacious terrace with a large dining table next to the beautiful swimming pool.

The back door leads to the rear terrace with barbecue and a smaller table. A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. Two of the bedrooms share a beautiful terrace with impressive views over the countryside. The entire house is luxuriously furnished with wooden furniture and lovely details. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Central heating costs €1.10 per litre and is available upon request. This additional cost will be charged at the end of your stay after checking the tank.
For our young guests we have prepared an exciting children's play area with a wooden playhouse outside.
Fibre optic internet, ideal for working from home.
Smoking is permitted outside.
All rooms have air conditioning and are available 24 hours a day.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet area just 2 minutes' drive from the town of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the different beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town is the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which stands the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historic atmosphere of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.
Port of Pollença the port of Pollença is situated in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist centres in Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel complexes. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide range of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, is charged for each guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person,
from 1 November to 30 April €0.55 and
from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is mandatory.
Pool towels and a welcome package are provided free of charge with each booking. To help you make the most of your holiday, we provide all information about the surrounding area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide.
We are at your disposal 24 hours a day if you have any questions or need assistance.
Babies are welcome at this holiday home. Cot and high chair available upon request and at no additional cost.

We had a lovely relaxing week focussed around golf and cycling and the location could not have been better. Pep was friendly, attentive and available. So, a very strong positive recommendation - the only thing that could be improved was the supply of hot water which was inconsistent, and at times inadequate

Pep's house was even better than the photos!! Very clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise to see that there is a horse and goats on the property and Pep was there every morning feeding them and saying good morning while we had our coffee on the veranda. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Mallorca. It slept 2 families of 4 easily and the central location on the island means that anywhere is no more than an hour away. The town of Pollenca, where the property is located, is beautiful and has many options for dining and sightseeing, if you choose to stay local. Thank you Pep and we look forward to seeing you again!!

Roomy house, great pool. Great to have the pool table and ping-pong for the kids.
Pollenca is a beatiful town, loved it. It would be almost walking distance, but it was hard to navigate through the various small roads and paths. Maybe possible to clean some of that up to make it easier?
The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, with not a lot of pots and pans, etc.
There were a lot of insects, especially wasps. The service staff were very helpful with that, but could be good to do something in advance of the stay.
A small touch that can be great for families such as us is to have some inflatables/pool toys available. Wouldn't cost much, and it's not great to buy or bring that on vacation.
