The space
Discover a tropical paradise at The Villas at Cocoplum, nestled in the enchanting heart of the Placencia Peninsula, Belize.
Imagine waking up to the gentle lull of the Caribbean Sea on one side, while the serene lagoon beckons you on the other. Framed by lush jungles and the majestic Maya Mountains in the distance, this idyllic setting is the perfect canvas for your unforgettable Central American getaway.
Each moment here invites you to indulge in the beauty and serenity that only Belize can offer.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a sophisticated, modern yet cosy feel to it and has recently been lovingly refurbished by the owners with light, calm textiles and an uplifting decor.
The balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and sea beyond has comfortable seating for 6 around the dining table. There is also a smaller patio off the master bedroom and third bedroom granting guests with the ultimate coffee spots!
The updated kitchen, complete with dark granite counters and matte steel appliances, has ample equipment for group dining, but with restaurants just minutes away you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to meals!
The master suite offers the royal treatment to a lucky couple, with a full wall of windows and an access door to the balcony. The light-filled living room has seating for 6 plus a desk for work (if you must!).
The two guest rooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower.
The 3rd bedroom also offers a separate veranda to the back where you could have your private breakfast.
Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer to keep your packing light, 24-hour security around the resort, and A/C to keep the home cool on humid nights.
This condo is on the second floor of a three story building requiring the use of two flights of stairs.

Cocoplum was a great fit for our family of 5. All of the outside amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, paddleboards, cor hole) were great. Kim answered every question quickly and with great detail.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Wonderful beach to walk and calm waters to kayak and paddle board. Communication with the property manager was easy, clear and timely. The kitchen was well-equipped and the property was very well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Coco plum villas in Belize. The condo was close to the beach and even closer to the pool so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The inside had a great kitchen for cooking along with comfy beds for sleeping. Hebert went out of his way to give us lots of tips and advice for traveling in Belize.
