Located in The Peaks Resort in the Telluride Mountain Village, this fully appointed penthouse is a beautiful 2-bedroom/2.5 bath corner residence distinguished by spectacular views, a light and airy décor, and spacious living areas. The open floor plan features a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area is complimented by a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, as well as a private balcony offering amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the Telluride Ski Resort. The kitchen features a large island, full size appliances, and is fully stocked with cook and dishware for all your dining in needs. The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bath with jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom can be arranged with either a king bed or 2 twin beds and has a full attached bath. There is an additional 1/2 bath off the living area and the penthouse condo also has an in-unit washer and dryer.
The Peaks Resort is adjacent to the pedestrian core of Mountain Village, just steps from world class dining, shopping, nightlife and the gondola to downtown Telluride. Also enjoy premier ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort at the complimentary ski valet inside the hotel. While in residence at the Penthouse, guests enjoy complimentary use of the 42,000 sq ft Spa at the Peaks – the largest in North America. The spa features indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, wellness classes, and more. Property was nice. Very convenient to accessing your ski equipment and the mountain! This part is effortless. Beautiful views from the room as well. Shower was fantastic…great pressure and water volume. My only recommendation is to upgrade/replace sitting room furniture. It has been used and could be updated. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Telluride.

Perfect 2-week stay this year. Fantastic communication with the property manager. The house is perfectly equipped for a family. Best location and amenities in Mountain Village.

Beautiful location and view of the Telluride Valley!The furniture is extremely dated from the 1980's as is very uncomfortable to sit on let alone to enjoy. The decor is also from the 80's and when I turned on the tub/shower Rusty water was all I saw for 5 seconds before normal clear water emerged. A major remodel is needed.
