## Space
The old Antibes is known for its charm of ancient fishermen's houses. It is completely renovated but has retained its beams and old tiles.
This charming air-conditioned duplex and ideally located, allows you to enjoy the old Antibes by foot. The apartment offers travelers a neat decoration and a terrace not overlooked to have a view of the roofs of Antibes, the Picasso Museum and the mountains. The apartment is close to all amenities.
The equipment :
- A large bright living room with a sofa / pull-out bed, 2 dining tables for 2 people
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
Dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine
- A shower room with washing machine, heated towel rail, hairdryer
- an independent WC
- A bedroom upstairs with a double bed overlooking the terrace
- A terrace with garden furniture (deckchair, chairs, table) with a magnificent view of the rooftops and mountains

The beautiful and typical district of the old Antibes - A district full of charm, with its narrow streets, its ramparts, its port, its beaches, its shops and restaurants.
There are many markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for the holidays!

By train: Antibes train station 10 minutes walk
By car: motorway A8 Exit Antibes (possibility subscription Secure parking QPARK 100m from the apartment) about 60 euros / week
By plane: Nice airport (a bus will take you near the apartment)
By bus: Bus N ° 200 "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES" stop

You can visit the whole region even without a car. Antibes SNCF train station is 10 minutes walk away, so you can easily reach Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille (Italy) or San Remo (Italy) for their famous markets.
No soap, no laundry detergent.

It was pretty much as we expected. The only problem was the sofa, which is really a bed, and not at all comfortable to relax on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrian street in the middle of the old town. It is within a few minutes at the bakery, at the market hall, at the Picasso Museum or at the harbor or beach. The equipment is perfect, up to beach utensils and board games. Thanks to the stylish interior and the well-furnished roof terrace, we felt completely comfortable. We will be back...
