Villa Tiresia is a splendid two-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Tiresia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Gulf of Salerno and of the Bay of Naples. Villa Tiresia is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Tiresia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Tiresia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to 12 cars.

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include two leather sofas and four armchairs. The seven dining tables can accommodate 24 guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two large windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Tiresia you will find an elevator that will take you to the first floor.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
