About this house rental
Turn of the century (last century) Victorian home right on the beach. This home has both the charm of a bygone era but with modern amenities. From your first step onto the property you will smell the salt air as you walk into our home you will see the ocean through a grand entrance hall with unbelievable woodwork throughout. The first floor has an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The back deck is huge with an outdoor kitchen and "tiki bar". There a a grass backyard that leads to a sandy beach volleyball court. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise view from the back of the house while you sip your morning coffee. Days are spent on your private beach and evenings can be spent around the fire table roasting marshmallows. Your dream vacation awaits. The grass yard is enclosed with a sand fence for the safety of small children or small dogs. There is a town noise ordinance between 10 pm and 7 am.

There is so much to enjoy in this incredibly romantic and well maintained majestic home. The location on the Oceanside with private beach and dunes is secluded and for our family…lent itself for timeless family portraiture.
Our host and hostess were all too kind and more than accommodating. We have family in the area, and wish to stay at this lovely residence again.

Bea is wonderful, kind, efficient. She could not have made the process any easier. It is a wonderful beach front property, great for a family vacation. There is everything in the house that you would need, you don't have to bring anything except food and beverages. One morning we were lucky enough to watch the whales swim right in front of us! If you are looking for a stress-free vacation and enjoy friends, family and the beach, this is the place to stay.

This home had everything you could possibly want from a beach house rental. Bea and Mike are super accommodating and the friendliest rental owners you could ever imagine. The house is clean and spacious with endless activities for every age group.
The best part is the private oceanfront backyard with the beach only a few steps away! The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dogs to run and play safely while enjoying our vacation right by our side.
