VILLA VERDI – A PLACE OF CHARM IN THE HEART OF PROVENCE BETWEEN THE SEA AND THE MOUNTAINS, 30 MINUTES FROM CANNES
CALM, RELAXING BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE
A communal road lined with olive trees and oaks leads to Villa Verdi with lovely views of St Cézaire.
Situated 1 km from the village of Montauroux and far from the madding crowd and any major roads you assured of lovely fresh air and on opening your shutters you have views ofpine tree forests or lavender-covered banks and can take your meals in the shade of the climbing vines in the garden. There are green park-like areas where one can sit and chill out.
Stroll down a gravel path to discover a sundrenched infinity swimming pool.
The exterior of the Villa is in the provençal style with old roof tiles, painted and stressed doors and wrought iron window grilles, while in contrast the interior is contemporary.
The villa has 6 apartments beautifully decorated and well equipped to guarantee you an exceptional holiday :air conditioning, flat screen TV ( with French freeview), a communal landry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironningboard.
INFINITY SWIMMING POOL
The south-facing swimming pool has generous (11 X 5,50m) dimensions.
Azur blue water and the pine forest facing the overdrop offers total relaxation lulled by the sound of cicadas whilst lazing around the pool. The pool has an alarm system (conforming to French law) to prevent accidents and is accessed by a small gate to prevent young children using it without parental supervision.
THE GARDEN
The property is enclosed and accessed by security code.
The garden is very natural and the property is surrounded by a forest of sky-reaching maritime pines. If you are silent and patient squirrels can be observed nibbling the pine cones.
The bank and small rockeries have been planted with Mediterranean scented flora and fauna – rosemary, lavender and santolines.

J'ai passé un séjour très très agréable dans un environnement verdoyant, apaisant. L'appartement était très propre, spacieux, sobrement décoré, de bon goût, et bien équipé. On peut manger sur la terrasse, ce qui est appréciable.La piscine à débordement est très très agréable, dans ce jardin méditerranéen.
La propriétaire a été très bienveillante et très discrète, merci pour son accueil. Je recommande chaudement cet endroit à ceux qui voudraient découvrir les villages perchés et les environs, tout en profitant de cet hébergement de haute qualité. J'y reviendrai volontiers, sans hésitation

"Nous avons passé dans cet endroit une semaine très agréable dans un endroit calme et agréable. L'endroit est idéal aussi bien pour un couple seul que pour une famille avec enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants, discrets. Tout est mis en place pour le confort et le bien être des locataires, c'est propre, moderne et bien équipé. De plus, c'est une très jolie région. A recommander."
