Very good

Excellent location The owner, Jerome, was very friendly, courteous and keen to see us settled in. The apartment is small but perfectly adequate for a short break. It includes a very nice outside area where you can relax with a drink or book. There’s plenty of free on-street parking and the area is quiet and seems to be very safe. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

The location is very beautiful and I can't comment on what there is to do because I was at a wedding but if you have that covered this is a great place to stay it has a Hot Tub!! Plus Jerome speaks fluent English and is a complete gentleman.

This place was so hard to find! Jerome is the only one who can speak English so I think when he is not around they do not answer the phone but he will give you his mobile number.

Studio très sympathique proche du Zoo de Beauval

Studio très propre et bien décoré. La gentillesse et l'adaptabilité de l'hôte ont été très appréciées. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits pour aller au Zoo de Beauval et tout était nickel. Village très mignon et château à proximité Place de parking dans la rue très facile.

Séjour très agréable à Valençay.

STUDIO petit mais confortable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Calme du quartier. Proximité du château de Valençay. Accueil sympathique.

J'ai été surprise de voir qu'il s'agissait d'une seule pièce comportant lit, kitchenette et petite table ,alors que l'intitulé de l'annonce :"Appartement 1 chambre" m'avait laissé supposer (à tort) une chambre séparée. Parking dans la rue. Réseau très capricieux: il est préférable de sortir dans la courette ou la rue.

Très bon accueil. Literie confortable. Pas du tout bruyant. Logement à une vingtaine de minutes du Zoo de Beauval.
