Protur Atalaya

Good location and good space in the apartment

Bed very squeaky, hard to move in the night without waking other person up due to the noise of the bed and not particularly comfortable. Check out time was 11 but key cards stop working from 9 so unable to get back into your room if you pop out to get something so have to wait for a cleaner to let you in

Fantastic location and a very peaceful stay! The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and even at night the area felt so peaceful and safe. There was really no need to go to Palma; Cala Millor itself is beautiful, with plenty of shops, lovely breakfast spots and great options for dinner. There was also a super delicious vegan restaurant nearby. Cala Millor beach had the finest sand out of all the beaches we visited, super nice to chill also. Aldi is only about 5 minutes away, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and the sofa bed was already fully prepared for the third person, which was a nice touch. It’s also a great base for exploring the northeast of Mallorca, with many beautiful beaches and coves just a short drive away. Parking was easy too,we could park either around the Aldi or on the surrounding streets and we felt completely safe. We were drunk at night and it was absolutely safe for 3 girls to stay on the beach, enjoy the night breeze and walk home. The three of us really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how comfortable and safe the whole place felt. We would happily stay here again!

Location was really nice, walkable.

Far from the airport and there is no hotel shuttle.

Centrally located with good sized apartments. Wonderful receptionist in Sanja. A credit to Protur Hotels and the Atalaya. What a wonderful lady, always a smile, always trying to help and a wonderful member of staff.

The pool area is unclean, the pool itself is tired with sharp broken tiles, a huge number of broken sunbeds and no replacements. The pool area is cleaned each morning by the pool manager spraying a hose and that’s it. The drainage grates are filthy, full of slime, hair and even bottle tops. Such a shame no pride is taken in this area. The hotel also charges to replace towels so be prepared to have the same dirty towels for however long you are staying!
