The staff were very polite.
Food was also good.
Budget friendly.
You jave to remind them to switch on the Geyser for warm water.
Though they charged little more for the current price rise of gas cylinder, we didn't mind.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de l’assistant du directeur qui a solutionné un litige avec un rickshaw et qui nous a permis de bien dîner à l’hôtel alors que nous devions dîner à l’extérieur. Mais en fait dans le quartier, il n’y a pas de restaurant européen ou similaire.

Location was good for what I wanted - access to Old Delhi, markets and main railway station only a short 5 minute walk away.
External of the hotel was not very welcoming, but that is no fault of the hotel itself. Once inside the doors I had good service.
