About this house rental
This luxury five bedroom, three bathroom home sits on a full sized section on Mount Maunganui's premium stretch of beachfront land between the end of Marine Parade and the Omanu Surf Club. It has spectacular panoramic views from both floors which span from the main Mount beach to Maketu.
Note, neighbours started building works in March 2021, ongoing as of Jan 2023.
In this beautifully appointed home, you can enjoy the BBQ on the sheltered ocean side balcony for the summer months or the gas fire for the winter months. Set down a private driveway you have private access from the deck to the beach and can see the flags at the Omanu Surf club from the lounge.
There is a coffee shop "George", the Omanu Surf Club, fish'n'chip take-aways, an Indian restaurant and take aways, a bottle shop and convenience store a two minute walk away. A New World supermarket or the Bayfair shopping centre are all a short drive from the house. The Mount shops, harbour, port and hot pools are also a short drive from the property.
Walking distance to the Mount Maunganui Golf Course. Other sports available in the area are cycling, indoor rock climbing, diving, jet boating, canoeing, kayaking (freshwater and saltwater), parasailing, black water rafting, white water rafting, windsurfing and kite surfing, surfing, sailing, scuba diving and water skiing.

This property is located right on the beach. The home has everything and is in immaculate condition. The rooms are spacious and the views are breathtaking. The check in was flawless. Everything needed is there and works without a hitch. The ambience from all the living areas is lovely and we were extremely happy in this home. Unforgettable experience.

We had the most wonderful stay in the Mount.
We spent long days on the beach, playing in the water and walking into town. The views were incredible and the binoculars were such a great touch. The house was so clean and equipped with everything you needed. The linens were lovely. There was room for the whole family. The owners were so helpful and responsive for any questions. We can’t recommend this property enough. Hope to be back some day.

Our family from Canada just stayed at this beachfront home and were blown away by the property and views! We were 3 families traveling with young children (10 and under) and the house worked great for us. Plenty of room for all of us and the room setups were great. Morning coffee overlooking the ocean was a highlight as well as the backyard being a beautiful beach where the kids loved to play in the sand, swim, surf and boogie board. The house was well equipped (kitchen supplies, spices, towels, beach towels, beach toys). Rochelle was a great host with prompt replies and ensuring the checkin process went smoothly.
We hope to be back one day and would definitely stay here again-highly recommend!

The owner very awesome definitely recommend her. The cleaner not as much very rude and not good at her job. But she was only hired day before. The owner super great 10+ stars for her.
