The first floor of this luxurious estate features an entertainment area complete with a pool table and wet bar seating up to five people. From the game room, guests can walk out onto the pool deck where there's plenty of seating, two al fresco dining tables each seating four, an outdoor kitchen, elevated entertainment area, and a large private pool complete with a spill-over hot tub. The backyard is the perfect place to entertain whether you're hosting an event or simply having a family barbecue.
In addition to the entertainment area on the first floor, there are also two guest bedrooms, each with an attached ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed, ottoman, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom looks out to the pool deck and features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, the first floor also features a half bathroom.

The house is great! This is my large extended family’s second time staying here. The house is very spacious and appointed well. Easy walking/biking distance to restaurants and shopping. We did have an ongoing issue during our stay with one of the upstairs toilets. The request process to report the issue was very easy and the timing of the response was very good, however the maintenance staff was not able to resolve it during our stay. The house could use hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels and swimsuits. It would also benefit from an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. We received some lecturing comments from the pool maintenance crew on our last day due to sand in the pool. We did try and keep all the kids rinsed, but it’s pretty hard to prevent that with no outside shower. Overall though, a great time and nice home

We take an annual pilgrimage each year now for the past 20 plus to play golf and reminisce . There are eight of us men and everyone had their own space and that was a real treat. The house is beautiful, comfy and in a great location.
We played golf and fished with luckily near perfect weather. Don’t know what else we could ask for......

The home itself is a great relatively new construction. The proximity to the beach access across the street is awesome, as is the access to Stinky's across the street via the backyard. The home is huge, well laid-out, and has a great pool and pool deck. The view of the ocean from many of the rooms was excellent. Our group would rent this home again, there just happened to be a bunch of maintenance concerns while we were there.
For the sake of helping others understand, here's what we experienced:
- Large kitchen drawer completely dislodged and collapsed during normal use, had to remove and place in closet during stay
- Kitchen cabinet shelf collapsed one night when no one was using it, a support bracket had randomly fallen out and plates nearly spilled out of cabinet
- Large wooden clock randomly fell off the wall during dinner and nearly hit a child sitting nearby, the sheetrock anchor failed, there was no contact or vibrations causing the collapse
- Patio door handle broke on outside and fell off during normal use
- Plastic bedroom blinds drawstring broke during normal use one morning opening up blinds
- Kitchen freestanding shelves were slightly dislodged from wall upon arrival and we removed plates/glasses from these shelves to be safe since they were wobbly
- The original home listing indicated one of the bedrooms was a King with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping 5. Upon arrival there was not a room like this, which resulted in less sleeping options
- The golf cart provided by La Dolce Vita had a temperamental/faulty parking brake. This was normally not an issue but the driveway does have a slope and we found the cart out in the street (it rolled down) once with the parking brake still fully engaged.
I reported these issues via email on Weds night/Thurs morning and was not ever contacted back about them, even after checkout. We noticed/experienced most of these issues (besides the bedroom config) mid week and did not consider them to be dealbreakers.
All said, it's a great house in a great location with excellent amenities. It just needs some maintenance to get it back to where it should be.
