It was reasonable, certainly wouldn't be the first choice of stay whilst in Naxos.

The location was ok.

The breakfast, the room having absolutely no furniture, everything is concrete built attached to the walls. No soap.

Great vacation

The hotel is located in a nice area, within walking distance from Agios Prokopios village and the sea. The room was very big (actually the biggest we stayed in Greece), the mattress was comfortable. The cleaning was done very well, towels were changed every day. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of choices. Internet worked very well. The pool is big and cleaned every day. The sunbeds area by the pool is very nice.The staff was nice and even the owner greated us.

Maybe a mosquito net on the door to the balcony, as there are a lot of bees.

Wonderful!

We initially booked for 2 nights, but we decided to stay 2 more! The place and rooms are very nice and clean, the staff are kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The location is very quiet, just an 8-minute walk from the bus stop and about 10 minutes from both the beach and Prokopios town.

Loved every second of it!

I simply loved my stay at Naxian Emerald Hotel! We spent 5 amazing days there. Such good food (both at breakfast and dinner), good music the entire day and big, comfortable and clean bedrooms. But, the best part, was the staff. Always available to help and so, so kind! We really had much fun during our stay and felt spoiled all the time! For sure, we will be back next year!

The breakfast is pretty basic, could be better, with more choices, more natural juices etc. After all, it's Greece :))) although this hotel is owned by Italians. Also, it's very hard to eat the breakfast outside because of the many bees that fly around your food, something could/should be done about that.

Decent stay spoiled by an overly loud/faulty a/c unit

Great location. Good size rooms. Nice pool, young friendly staff

The a/c sounded like a helicopter. We raised the point but nothing was done in the five days we were there due to lack of a technician. Also the hotel may be in Greece but it might as well be in Italy. No Greek speaking staff, no Greek breakfast (for example no feta cheese or Greek savoury and sweet pastries, no ice coffee, not even as an extra!!! (Available after 10:30 at the pool bar but not helpful for breakfast).

Avoid This Hotel

The room and property were nice but dont be fooled you need a car and its a 25+min walk up and down hills to the beach. Its straight up hill going back to the hotel so this is most unpleasant when relaxing on the beach

Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. A woman entered my room without knocking or explanation. The shower broke, and the staff’s response was passive. There was no Wi-Fi in my room, and instead of relocating me, they said someone would "look into it." Front desk staff were disorganized and offered no help with excursions. Security watched me while I worked by the pool at night, making me feel uneasy. No instructions were given about how the key worked, which delayed getting the AC and lights on. You can’t charge anything while you’re out, as the key powers the room. Overall, complaints were met with indifference. Not worth the stay.

Wouldn’t come back

Breakfast was very good! The staff was super friendly, especially the young girl at the reception during the day!

The only place we went to in Greece that couldn’t make us a Pina Colada or other drinks! Even when we tried to order off their menu, half of it they didn’t have :( The pool closed so early (6:30), we would go out throughout the day but did not have something to come back to do, which was disappointing. When we first got there, they told us someone could help us get an ATV & it took 2-3 days before we finally just gave up & went to get our own. They charge for the safe in the room & every little thing that you’d want. Room was the smallest we’ve had at any of the 4 hotels we’ve stayed at while island hopping.

Great for the price.

Very clean hotel, well maintained, staff very nice, polite and helpful, room was very nicely presented for us on arrival.

Location is a bit out of the way for evening atmosphere and drinks, taxis from the night life to the hotel are very expensive so only good if you are not drinking and have a hire vehicle. There was very little activity from any other guests around the hotel during the time we stayed which we found a little boring and disappointed, also as I was not drinking due to having to drive I was looking forward to a bit of TV with a drink in the room after we got back but there are very few channels on the TV that work and none are in english

Everything was perfect, we suggest this hotel. Hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly and if any queations, they solved very easily, so that we could enjoy our vacation. Location was good with bus to the beach.

It was a very good experience. We stayed almost everyday in the hotel because we had everything there and the staff was very friendly and good to us. The food was really good and different daily, the room was very clean and also the staff at the front desk helped us with everything we asked.

It is very hard to find the hotel. The adress lead us 2km away. I suggest to review this problem.

Verify address! As a POC very weird experience

I loved the size of the room, the property is beautiful, the activities counselors especially Maximus were amazing and the chef(Maurizio) were very welcoming. I liked that there was a shuttle to the beach which puts you a little bit closer to some shops and restaurants.

There should be a shuttle to the hotel from Port. I paid twice just to find this place. The first taxi driver dropped me off in the middle of the street with all my luggage because the address listed was incorrect. I tried calling the number listed and it was not working. As a solo traveler I did begin to panic because it felt like I was tricked out of my money with nowhere to stay. I began asking around for directions and no one seemed to know where this place was located and the worry grew greater. After asking several shop owners and “locals” who had no idea what Naxian Prime was, I finally found someone who connected that the name was Nicholas Prime and the location listed on booking is incorrect. I then had to pay another taxi fee to get up the hill to the correct location. When I finally arrive the front desk greeting was subpar as the lady looked at me as if were I ghost. This was the first of many “out of place” experiences with this resort. The transportation to the beach area, being in the beach area I had to pretty much beg for staff to come over and assist me as they walked past me to greet others(there was no mistaken whether I was from Nicolaus because the chairs are color coded by resort)…not even glancing in my direction, eating in the dining hall/restaurant all felt weird with off putting looks by staff and minimal communication. During my final days I met an activities counselor that really made me start to feel welcomed. Not sure I’d be returning to this establishment.

Ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles!

Le personnel s'est montré souriant et accueillant. Le lit était confortable. L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est plutôt joli.

J'ai trouvé des cheveux à côté du lit. Il y avait une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. La robinetterie était vieille et attaquée par le sel. Au bar de la piscine, on m'a servi ce qui était loin d'être une salade César dans un récipient en carton et des couverts en plastique! Au petit-déjeuner, un mini toaster pour toute la salle; heureusement que l'hôtel n'était pas plein! Et pas de choix pour le pain. Un bien triste buffet. Pas un grec dans le staff de l'hôtel. Si j'avais voulu aller en Italie, c'est en Italie que je me serais rendue. A vraiment des progrès à faire pour valoir ses 4 étoiles!

Je ne dirai pas « pas aimé ! mais plutôt pourrait être optimisé 😉 -le réfrigérateur dans la chambre trop petit -le nécessaire de café et thé , bouilloire dans la chambre une cafetière NESPRESSO serait un plus pour les amateurs de café -la sensibilisation sur le linge de toilette qui est changé tous les jours , nous n’avons pas vu de communication sur la protection de l’environnement proposant aux clients de ne pas changer le Linge de toilette tous les jours ? - la. Serviette de Piscine payante sur un séjour de 5 nuits c’est un peu dommage ! Même si nous comprenons La sensibilisation au lavage des serviettes tous les 3 jours et peut être la disparition même de celles-ci ! Un système de caution serait plus adapté comme pour la clé du coffre fort 👍 -la fin du buffet de petit déjeuner à 10h00 est je pense trop tôt et pourrait être prolongée jusque 10h30, difficile pour les familles avec enfants le Matin ! -une Deuxième machine à boissons chaudes dans la salle de petit déjeuner permettrait d’éviter les filles d’attente le matin 👍

Molto molto bello. Tornerei volentieri.

La posizione perfetta, la gentilezza dei ragazzi, da Andrea a Dumi e tutti quelli della reception. Stanza perfetta e silenziosa. Grande assistenza e ottimi consigli. Piscina bellissima e ottimo anche il bar. Insomma un posto dove tornerei anche domani.

La colazione termina troppo presto. Le 10 in vacanza, soprattutto per un adolescente, è realmente presto. Estenderei alle 11. Forse ci vorrebbe una doppia chiave. Forse servirebbe qualcosa di chiuso dove riporre i vestiti anche se probabilmente potrebbe rovinare il bel layout delle stanze. Occorre una bilancia pesa bagagli.

Un soggiorno in paradiso.

Struttura bellissima in perfetto stile delle Cicladi. Pulitissima e nuovissima. Gestione completamente italiana. Lo staff è ECCEZIONALE. Ragazzi italiani stupendi con un sorriso tale da rendere tutto magico. Non cito i nomi per non dimenticare nessuno, ma giuro che sono davvero eccezionali. Ottima cucina, chef bravissimi. Mi hanno fatto davvero sentire coccolato anche se ero da solo. Location perfetta per spiaggia e centro città ma serve un mezzo proprio . La sera pace e serenità regnano sovrani. Camera 304 stupenda con terrazzino vista mare e piscina. Struttura super consigliata a chi vuol farsi coccolare in un posto stupendo. Complimenti davvero

Soggiorno perfetto!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato al Naxian per una settimana, dopo il cambio gestione, e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Pulito e ordinato, staff preparato dalla reception alla sala (Marco e Vera top) e hotel davvero caratteristico. Cena sempre abbondante, varia e di qualità. Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della costa ovest di Naxos in macchina. Peccato per la mancanza del pos, ma erano i primi giorni della nuova gestione e doveva ancora essere attivato. Da migliorare il parcheggio, troppo piccolo per la capienza dell'hotel.

El hotel es precioso y muy tranquilo. Localizado a las afueras pero muy cerca en coche del centro. El personal me ha parecido muy agradable y simpático, quizás las chicas de recepción menos. Mención especial al recepcionista que nos dió la habitación cuando estuvo lista y al personal de cafetería, muy agradables

En las habitaciones de las plantas altas se puede escuchar el ruido de una maquinaria que funciona las 24 horas, aunque si cierras las ventanas apenas se escucha. El parking también es muy limitado, lo que puede suponer un problema, ya que tampoco hay espacio para aparcar cerca.
