Todo el servicio de atención es excelente. Muy amables y serviciales desde la recepcionista hasta el personal. Todo está muy limpio y hay vistas muy buenas a los alrededores, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño.
Es un tanto complicado llegar en auto la primera vez, pero ya una vez sabiendo la mejor ruta se facilita mucho. A veces la recepción del teléfono es inestable, a veces si hay señal y otras veces no, aunque es más problema de la ubicación que de la hacienda en si. También sería muy bueno que tuviesen Wi-Fi debido al problema de recepción de señal.

Una grata sorpresa las instalaciones del hotel, la habitación muy bonita, limpieza impecable, cama muy cómoda, y un personal super atento y amable,
Podría mejorar el servicio de internet, sin embargo si vas a descansar esto no es un problema.
