Paradise- townhome with views of the lake and golf course, walk to the beach!

This lovely peaceful updated townhome has floor to ceiling glass windows that allows you to enjoy the views of the lake, gorgeous birds and golf course on the much desired Hutchinson Island. Close to 2000 sq ft of living space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bath- which includes the master suite on the main floor both with an ensuite, the master bath is marble with a walk in shower and has two sinks, a walk-in closet and storage. There is a guest bedroom that has two comfortable twin beds and a closet, upstairs in the loft is the second suite with and ensuite( full bath with tub) and walk in closet, the loft has an area that can be used as an office or a sitting room. There is a third full bath with a tub on the first floor that the guest bedroom can access. The kitchen has a walk in pantry and is attached to the dining room, it's filled with everything you need to cook. This unit is fully furnished, has a living room with TV and stereo and a sun lit second sitting area that over looks the lake. There is a lovely community swimming pool steps away plus a private tennis court that you can see from the window! The river is directly across the street from us and the ocean on the other side!

Indian River Plantation ( IRP)- Riverwood is the name of the development, the Marriott which is walking distance from our unit has a tennis club with lights, golf, marina, beach club and fitness center. You can walk to the store or beach, also you can take the trolly provided by the Marriott to the closest beach that offers beach chair sets ups for a fee and they have a tiki bar. You can also take a short drive( less than one mile- plus) down the island and visit endless miles of free beaches. Mostly all beaches provide water to rinse off after a fun relaxing day on the beach!
There is plenty to do, the town of Stuart is just minutes away it is charming, it has great family owned stores, restaurant's, bars, music, brewery and on Sundays the Riverwalk ( excellent place for a stroll) provides a stage of music that overlooks the river and an outdoor market. If you enjoy shopping there is Treasure Coast mall ( 15-20 min away, that also has a movie theatre, we are not short of stores and can get what you need! There are other movie and performing art theaters , places to rent bikes, boats, state parks to explore and West Palm beach is less than an hour away as well as the airport.
