Me agrado mucho este hotel, 1) la calidez humana, de sus colaboradores. 2)la limpieza es un hotel Muy limpio, 3) relacion calidad-precio, 4 las habitaciones súper agradables. tiene un super paisaje de vista al volcan galeras hermoso, Súper mega recomendable este hotel 10/10

Lo único que me gustó fue que nos dejaron guardar las maletas mientras visitábamos la Laguna de la Cocha.
La atención del personal fue pésima. La camas super duras, solicitamos un cambio y pues simplemente eran menos duras que las primeras, porque igual estaban super incómodas. Amanecí adolorido por la mala noche que pasé.
