El señor es muy amable en todas las coordinaciones y absuelve las dudas que uno pueda tener, además que, lugar está ubicado en una zona segura, cerca a restaurantes y tiendas.

Very nice host, has a small cooking area and fridge which is a bonus. Good location and peaceful neighborhood.
On weekends neighbors which are connected to building right above you party loud, but host called the cops twice to break it up. Bathroom window connects to kitchen window of neighbor. A bit weird bc you hear someone cooking and talking right next to you while in washroom and feels like privacy invasion with the window screen slightly open and right above the toilet. Toilet takes a while to flush. Room os quite small, not much room for suitcase.
