Great location clean woukd definitely go again the only negative is 4 pm check in the day is nearly gone so really you only get 8 hours outa the first 24! With when you look at it that way it is a bit late 12 o’clock. maybe but 4 pm the day is Imore a less over.

Brief stay in wondrous Wales

Quiet and warm and the views were nice.

The property needs decorating it’s extremely dirty in places. Please see pictures. The idea that your paying guests supply towels and strip the beds definitely something I’d not expect to be requested! The property without doubt needs investment it’s extremely dated and grubby. I’ve lots of pictures but could only upload 4 of the 10 I have. The switch in the garage needs replacing asap it’s definitely not safe 😡health and safety issue.

The ever changing view, just stunning.

Really was in need of a deep clean. All felt a bit grubby and surfaces sticky. Floors Not clean especially in bathrooms Sofa marked and worn and uncomfortable and bathrooms not what I would have expected for the price., dated and worn with dodgy shower door upstairs. Didn’t use shower room downstairs was grubby. Deff paying for view over standard of accommodation.

Brilliant

The property was lovely. We went with 6 adults & 5 children and never felt on top of each other. The views were beautiful and so is the house.

There was nothing to dislike. We would have liked a patio heater and some more outside lights but that’s only our preference.

A beautiful cottage is a stunning location.

The property is well maintained and nicely decorated throughout, and the views out across the river are stunning. Communication with the host was excellent and the kids particularly enjoyed the inclusion of Netflix and the Playstation. The walk over the toll bridge to the pub was a highlight, and the location is excellent for exploring the region.

The 10am checkout is challenging, with a party of 11 people. The 'games room' is underwhelming.

Stunning location. House was amazing .

Parking area was tiny as we had 2 vehicles , found it very hard to turn around at top left one on drive took one to the bottom . The drive was incredibly steep ! Key safe was unlocked but not clear how to get in , so took over an hour before we got any response from host and were able to access the property after a 6 hr drive .

No stress, just peace

The location was beautiful and very peaceful. The house was lovely, spacious, wonderfully clean (I'm a clean freak) and the beds and bedding extremely comfortable and fresh. We had a girls weekend trip, visiting local spots, Barmouth beach and walking. The weather wasn't great so one night we stayed in, lit the open fire and had the best cosy evening all the same. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend.

Wonderful mothers day break with family

Everything! My second visit in 2 months and I will be back, I absolutely love this place so much! Such a tranquil calming place, I love watching the birds from the window, the views are unbelievable! Thank you Joy for everything!

Absolutely lovely views, great location with lot's of activities available in the local area. Very easy to travel to Barmouth or into the mountains around the property. Lovely walks directly out of the door. Very homely.

Location of the property was amazing, views were unbelievable. Children thoroughly enjoyed the grounds surrounding the proper also.

The place was lovely and house perfectly fine for us.

They layout of the property suited our party. There are plenty of pots and pans, plates, knives and forks etc which made it easier. It was a quiet location.

The slope of the drive was difficult and not suitable for a member of our family who is not good at walking. It did advertise parking for 4 or more cars but it really didn't look as if that would be easy at all. It would have been lovely to be presented with some basic food items on arrival. The road up to the place was not easy to navigate and I did manage to miss which house was ours. It was a long way from Dolgellau and Barmouth, we had imagined it being within walking distance of at least one of them.

Amazing place

The surroundings were great. Very central to what we wanted to visit. Lovely big welcoming and comfortable house, there were 9 of us but at no point dud it feel crowded. Very well equipped.

One of the double beds had a dent in the matress which made sleeping difficult for one of the guest. But every thing else made up for this.
