Was a chill little room with a balcony with a nice view of the beach it is right on the beach so there is easy access. It's a 5 min walk from pretty much everywhere in kavos it's a 5 min walk from the bus stop
Walls were pretty thin other tenants were loud but to resolve this just set your alarm next to the wall at an ungodly time in the morning to give the other drunks a good morning
