About this house rental
You can't go wrong with this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom retreat. Enjoy a drink on one of the two decks over looking the beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake, or just relax by the fireplace, or maybe a movie in the theater room. You can enjoy the sites of Yankton, boating on the water ( full service boat dock 3 miles away, Weigand Marina) , fishing at Gavins Point Dam, or catching some rays at one of the many beach areas during the day. All while, knowing that you have all the amenities of home.
The cabin has 4 bathrooms, each with a shower. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a rain shower. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with two full size futons. Up stairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 - has two full beds and two single beds. Bedroom 2 - has one queen bed, one full bed, one single bed and a baby crib. Enjoy a big kitchen, grill, laundry room and bar area with a full size fridge.

Our large extended family chose Yankton as our family gathering place. This home was ideal for family meals both prep and areas for eating. The house had plenty of beds. Our teens and young adults enjoyed the large entertainment room and pool in the basement area. Utilized the fires and all wonderful outdoor seating areas! Thank you!
