About this house rental

UPDATE! 1/13/25 Bottom floor is NOW available for use. Full use of entire house. The home can sleep 8 comfortably! Welcome to your very own paradise. 4/3 with over 3,400 ft.² of living sitting on almost 3/4 of an acre of the Homosassa River. This waterfront property is completely Furnished and ready for any length of stay. The home also features newer kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and newer appliances. The bathrooms have been updated and new flooring throughout. The home is conveniently located next to the Homosassa Springs Marina and close to all amenities within Homosassa, Florida.
