Beautiful home in the well manicured Tudor Branch Subdivision backed with natural preserve. 4 Bed/3 full baths. Brand new kitchen in 2025!! Master bedroom is huge with a King size bed and sitting room, master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and water closet. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a Full size bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Downstairs bedroom 4 as a Queen size bed and an attached bath with single sink and tub/shower combo. Cots can be supplied if requested. Includes free laundry and laundry supplies. Open floor plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops over look the comfortable living area with large flat screen television and Sonos wireless speakers. Home backs up to nature trails which lead to fish and duck ponds. Outdoor covered deck has a dining area and leads to a large open desk with a lounge area and propane grill. Family friendly home includes custom outdoor playscape and is a short walk to the clubhouse and playground. Home is minutes from Bartram Trail Golf Club, just over 9 miles to Champions Retreat Golf Course and only 11 miles from Augusta Nationals Golf Club. Also close by are Patriots Park, Evans Town Center, Lady A Amphitheatre, Clarks Hill Lake, Savannah Rapids Park, Forks Area Trail System and Downtown Augusta. Food/Chef service can be added for an additional fee per meal.

We had a great time and this location was perfect. We met my mom & dad, brother and his wife for a family get away that included a day at the Masters! Enjoyed the back patio on the nice days to hang out and visit. Perfect size house for 3 couples. Plenty of close grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Some cute walking trails in the neighborhood. Thanks for the welcome basket of goodies!!
