The luxury villa with an area of 230m2 enjoys direct access to the beaches through a private road at the end of which parking is waiting for you (Distance from the villa to the beach about 900 meters).
The main room of 80m2 opens on a large covered terrace of 50m2 with views of the bay of Cala d'Orzu. A bay window with 6 meters long partitions will allow you to fully enjoy the sea view. This room has an open kitchen with central island, equipped with an American fridge, induction hob, a stone grill lava, a microwave and a dishwasher. On the big screen of the living room you can benefit from the channels of the canal + group and satellite channel. The phone and internet are unlimited.
The sleeping area consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have bay windows with balconies overlooking the sea. A gym, four bathrooms including 2 walk-in showers and 1 bath are available.
Outside, you can relax with a large infinity pool of 15 / 7m overlooking the sea and jacuzzi. For your well-being, a gym equipped with a shower room is available, you can also relax with a ping-pong table.
