The 100 sqm apartment is on the first floor of a nineteenth-century farmhouse located in downtown Sfruz. It consists of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, large living room with a double bed, a bathroom. South-east facing overlooking the town square.
The house has private parking, Wi-Fi and outdoor area with chairs and furniture. The presence of the owners who live in the house, is welcoming guarantee geared to family warmth. Less than 100 meters from the main sevices: grocery store, restaurant, bars and banks.
A 2 km is the ski resort of Predaia with its slopes for alpine skiing that have good exposure to the sun, natural snow and programmed and night illumination. The Predaia Ski organizes ski lessons for children.
The playground on the snow "Predaia Park" fun with toboggan run, track tubbing, bouncy castle and play area served by one treadmill.
Cross-country skiers are two rings of about 2 Km to the Seven Larches, 1 ring 3 from the Sette Larici in Coredo, one ring of 6 km top of Predaia.
A Coredo skating on the ice on a runway of considerable size where you can attend individual or collective skating lessons and rent skates.

Leider wurde uns die abgebildete Terrasse (Hof mit Unterstand) nicht angeboten, ansonsten alles top!!!

große Fereinwohnung, viele Dinge in der Umgebung zu entdecken, z.B. San Romedio und der Gipfel des Roen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ein schönes Dorf in lieblicher Umgebung
