About this villa rental
Villa Dvornik provides complete privacy in comfortable accommodation for families with children, student groups and family gatherings. It has a nice sea view and it is only 300 meters away from the sea and beach. It consists of living area (135 m2) with 4 bedrooms (8 beds) along with large garden (280 m2) covered with stone slabs and two swimming pools. Large swimming pool with 4 nozzles for massage (24 m2 and 1.5 m depth) for adults and smaller pool intended for small children (3.5 m2 and 0.5 m depth). Both pools are heated by 10 m2 of solar collectors that allow a swimming pool temperature of 21 ° C in May and October. The outdoor shower and grill are placed in the surrounding area.
The house is air-conditioned and has access to wireless internet. Three parking spaces are insured inside the property surrounding the house. Pets are welcome. Shop, restaurant, ATM and post office are located at a distance of 400 meters from the house. The place is ideal for a pleasant family vacation, and with its geographical position suitable for one-day excursions to the nearby towns: Bol, Supetar, Milna.

Tillmötesgående värdpar som också var lätt att nå vid behov.
Att hyra enskild våning känns inte optimalt, då uteplatsen/ poolen blir gemensam.
Boendet för vår del (7 pers) fungerade jättebra då vi fick tillgång till alla våningar. Avstånd till fin strand och till hamnen stämmer enl beskrivning

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Sehr ruhige Lage, dennoch nahe am Strand und Hafen. Ca. 400m Fußmarsch. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Restaurants sind auch fußlich zu erreichen. Sutivan ist ein ruhiger netter Ort. Bis zum Fährhafen- Supitar ca. 7 KM. Wir haben den Ausblick aufs Meer beim gemeinsamen Essen sehr genossen. Auch konnten wir beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Gepflegter Pool! Dr zweite Pool ist ein ganz kleiner Kinder Pool. Großer Aussen Grill.
Sehr nette Vermieter die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten. Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt.
An der Spülmaschine muss aber innen nochmals gesäubert werden, die stand anscheinend zu lange. Auflagen für die Liegen sollten auch noch welche angeschafft werden.
Die Wohnungen sind funktional eingericht, alles vorhanden. Die untere Wohnung ist jedoch etwas einfach.
Für uns, als große Gruppe war es in der Villa Dvornik aber ideal.
Eine Empfehlung für die mittlere Wohnung, oder als Domizil für eine Gruppe bis 10 Personen, bei teilweisen Qualitätsunterschieden, kann ich bedenkenlos geben.
Luxus ist nicht zu erwarten. Dafür stimmt die Lage und die Atmosphäre.
Es wird übrigens überwiegend Englisch auf Brac gesprochen. Bitte berücksichtigen!!
