Very much appreciated the couple hour early check in. The location of this unit on top floor of Bison was excellent. We had an issue with a ventilation fan making noise in the master bedroom, but it was taken care of right away. Was surprised to find out that their was no maid service for entire week (no fresh towels, no making of beds, no trash removal), but we survived.

We loved our stay! Ski valet was great and worked well for our group. We utilized the shuttle service often. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westgate very much. Only thing that could have been better is the view from our unit was not nearly as nice as those across the hall. Otherwise, great!
