About this apartment rental

Charming apartment on the 2nd floor situated in a quiet and gated small complex just 5 minutes walking to the beach and 2 minutes walking to the Torreblanca train station, bars and supermarket.
The apartment is totally renovated, fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows: Bright living room with access to the lovely terrace with open views. Fully equipped and new kitchen. 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (to accommodate 5 people) and a bathroom. Master bedroom with access to the terrace. South orientation with partial sea views.
Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold), WIFI, washing machine, double glazed windows with shutters, safe, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, travel cot, high chair and totally well equipped kitchen.
British channels and Netflix available!!

Very well-kept community with swimming pool (open from Easter to October 31st), garden and communal parking.

Casablanca is located in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location in a private gated community, but is only a 5 min walk from the blue flag beach and a range of waterfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola town centre is 5 mins by train and Torreblanca station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 mins away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all age groups. It has great beaches, hundreds of restaurants & bars to cater for all requirements, a wide range of shops, a twice weekly market & dozens of nightclubs for those looking for the night life. For the children there is an aqua park & zoo in town & an amusement park and sea life centre in neighboring Benalmadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Puerto Banus can all be reached by car in 30 mins. Ronda, Gibraltar & the lakes of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion & there are a range of golf courses along the coast.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable and perfectly located apartment for transport, shops and the beach. The view of the sea from the balcony is a bonus. Martin was a great host, meeting us on arrival and showing us around the flat and how everything worked. He was always available to answer any questions throughout our stay. Highly recommended as a place to stay for a couple or a family.

I styed two weeks and the apartment was super nice. A perfect choice when you want to have a clean and nicely decorated scandinavian style apartment with nice balcony and excellent location. Plenty of hot water, good towels also nice swimming pool with evening sun. Grocerystore just 1 min and beach 5 min walk. Parking availablity and bus and train stops very close. Great hospitability from Martin.
