Host was welcoming and replied to my messages fairly quickly. Room was basic and meet my needs, as I was out sightseeing most of the time.

Appreciated the location, use of pool. Unit was clean and comfortable. The area south of 5th and the building was very quiet The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower but very doable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when I visit beautiful South Beach!

Shower could do with more pressure. Apart from that we had a good stay at the condo. Very close and easy access to the pool and beach. Close to all bars and so central so touring about.

Didn't know there was no parking, spent 5 hours and lost out on money due to locating parking. Which at 6th and Washington is a Public parking garage. Would have been great to know this before we wasted money on extremely high street parking ($40.00 for 10 hours which expiredin the middleof the night). I definitely have learned to ask next time. The apartment was nice and cozy. However, the ceiling light fan didn't work, just kept flickering, completely unusable. Light above the closet only glowed a dark orange giving no light at all. We had to keep the bathroom light on and TV at night so we can see. Very miserable. Was a light under the cabinet that did not work either. We would definitely return to this property with a guarantee that all lighting is corrected with what works best with a very old building.
