Dog friendly and no extra fees! They also have a dog, so keep that in mind. Super clean! Everything you need in your own little house.
I think neighbors dogs came alive at night time, but fortunately they didn't bark too long.

Quiet location, clean, fancy shower :)
We had “own” table and chairs outside.
10 minutes drive to Leba or to Ulinia beach parking (last 2 km not paved), and then 20 minutes walking to a beautiful beach.
No mosquito nets on windows, but plenty mosquitos because of rural area.
We were told that the family room had a separate bedroom (see QA for this hotel), but it is unfortunately not the case - it is just one (studio) room, containing all beds and kitchen.
